The following terms and conditions shall apply for all purchases made at Jeberg Jewellery’s online shop at www.jebergjewellery.com. We would like to recommend that you
read our terms and conditions carefully before shopping.When ordering in our online shop the customer agrees to accept the terms and conditions as described below.

PAYMENT

Jeberg Jewellery accepts the following credit cards; Dankort, Visa, Visa electron, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Maestro.

Payment will not be collected from your account until the order has been shipped.

Jeberg Jewellery will not charge any fee related to payment by any credit card.

The payment system bases on SSL (Secure Socket Layer), which has been approved by PBS, ensuring that the data given in connection with purchases by credit card will
be encrypted and thus only PBS will be able to read the data.


 

DELIVERY

Jeberg Jewellery offers free delivery in Europe.

If your locations is outside Europe delivery will be free for orders over 150€.

For purchases for less than 150€ we will charge 20€ for shipping worldwide.

SHIPPING

Orders will be shipped by Post Danmark or DPD.

Time of delivery for orders within Denmark will be 1 – 3 working days.

Time of delivery for orders for Scandinavian and EU countries will be within 7 working days. 

Please note that if the parcel is not picked up in due time and thus will be returned to us we will charge a fee of 15€ for the additional cost of the return of the package.

Exchange and Returns

You are entitled to withdraw from your purchase order within 14 days from the day of receipt. If you want to exercise your right of withdrawal you must send us a notification
by e-mail not later than 14 days on receipt of the order. Please send your notification to shop@jebergjewellery.com.

Please make sure to include the order number and order detail in your notification mail. 

In the event that you wish to withdraw from the purchase and to return your order you must return the order without undue delay and no later than 14 days after your
notification of withdrawal.
You are responsible for the product upon receipt and you will be responsible for any damages that might occur during the return transportation.
We therefore ask you to return the product/s in their original jewellery packaging, securely wrapped and packed. 

Returned jewellery must be in good and undamaged condition.

Please also note that the customer must bear the costs of returning the order. 

You are entitled to check and try the jewellery as you would have the opportunity to in a physical store. However, should the value of the product be diminished due to other
handling than what is necessary to check the product and its functioning, you will be reliable for the diminished value, which amount will be deducted from the returning amount.


 

REIMBURSEMENT

Jeberg Jewellery will make reimbursement upon withdrawal from a purchase. Reimbursement will be made only to the same credit card, which has been used for the purchase.
This measure is to avoid possible fraud.


 

COMPLAINTS

In compliance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act we will grant you a 24 months claim period. Thus we will exchange, repair or refund a product - alternatively offer a reduction
in price depending on the character of the claim. 
A customer is not entitled to return a product if a damage is due to wear and tear or if there is evidence of erroneous use of
the product or damaging conduct in any way. 

In the event that you want to make a complaint about a product please send an email with detail on the complaint to shop@jebergjewellery.com or you may return the product
